Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children and adolescents? Join our Ohana team as a Licensed Therapist specializing in providing compassionate care and support to young individuals and their families. Reporting to a Clinical Program Manager, you'll have the rewarding responsibility of conducting evaluations and delivering tailored therapy sessions, both individually and in groups. Your role extends beyond therapy sessions; you'll also educate patients and, when suitable, the wider community and fellow professionals about mental health. Experience

Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience providing therapy to children, adolescents and families. Training in either Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy is preferred, but not required. The therapist will be expected to participate in training in EBT (evidence-based therapies); education and supervision activities connected to identified areas of clinician interest and programmatic needs of Ohana.

Education

Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work, Counseling, Clinical Psychology or Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

Must pass orientation and initial competency assessment as well as ongoing required training. 

Licensure/Certifications

LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT is required. American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification required. MOAB certification must be obtained within the first 6 months of hire. Will complete mandatory 5150 training by Monterey County to obtain 5150 certification and obtain 5150 Professional staff authorization yearly.
