Position  Summary:
The LCSW reports to the Director of the Behavioral Health Services Mental Health Program (operationally) and to the Physician in Chief of Ohana (clinically). He or she is responsible for providing individual, family, and group therapy to child and adolescent outpatients with mental health disorders. 
In addition, the LCSW provides mental health education to patients, their parents/care providers and, as appropriate, to the community and other professionals (including social work students). In addition to clinical care and education, the Ohana social worker will be available to work with the Physician in Chief on program development.
Must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in therapy with children and adolescents, individually and/or in groups. Training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and/or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is preferred.
Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work.


LCSW is required. Certification in CBT or DBT is preferred. American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification required. MOAB certification must be obtained within the first 6 months of hire.
