Position Summary:

Montage Health is looking for a staff accountant to perform accounting and financial reporting duties for Montage Health Foundation. As the staff accountant, you will have primary responsibility for foundation accounting and reporting and work alongside the organization's financial services team.

Experience and Skills:

· Experience with nonprofit accounting is preferred but not required

· Previous audit experience is also preferred but not required

· Strong academic performance in accounting-related courses or a minimum of five years relevant experience

· Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly required

· Ability to communicate effectively; must possess good listening skills and the ability to express ideas clearly in writing as well as verbally required.

· Ability to organize thoughts logically and succinctly, and to translate abstract concepts into understandable financial reports.

· Knowledge of fundraising processes, different sources of funds, and regulatory compliance with gift acceptance and reporting.


· Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required.
